Sweet Falcon, Dizz...
I'd probably rate my GI-Joes or Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles up there as the favourites, although I got one of those scalextric sets once, that was pretty sweet. Nothing fancy, but you could make the track go up and down walls.

My brother and sister had a ton of Star Wars gear, I got involved when I was given a whole load my favourite was always the AT-AT
we also had the scout speeders awesome!
I could never find our missing pieces for the Millenium falcon, i.e the ball luke hits with his light saber.

My big bro had the AT-AT, never let me near it. Fair enough though, there was a 9yr gap. I wish I was born a little earlier so I could have appreciated star wars that little bit more.

I can't believe some else remembers M.A.S.K.!! They were by far my fave toys!
Mind you, I loved my Scalextric, too! My brother & I used to join all the straight sections and make a ridiculously big jump. We loved our Hotwheels too.

We bought a scalectrix for my nephew's 3rd birthday on Saturday. After my nephew played on it a couple of times my brother and sister played on it for the rest of the afternoon, to be honest it was more of gift for ourselves.

Mattel Popcorn popper. It made a helluve a lot of noise and irritated grown ups big time. Second only to getting a drum set for your birthday.

favorite childhood toy?
i'm gonna have to go with Intellivision. it wasn't the first gaming system but it was definitely my favorite pre-Nintendo console.
after i saw the movie "King of Kong" i was inspired to try and break the all-time high score on my favorite Intellivision game "Burgertime." i held the record for a while but now the guy whose record i broke has taken back the crown. check it out...

How does that work? You made a DVD of yourself playing the game like a super-pro then sent it into the site?

But before Transformers were Machine Men! They were awesome, but also amazingly crappy.
I have to confess to still collecting toys, however only Spawn toys now. They're art more than toys, though...
