New Prince album...

... is amazing

i wanted to like it, the last time i loved a prince album it was diamonds and pearls, every album since then has just made me realise i thought i like it just because its prince. i have actually given up on him

Hmmm, have to disagree with you there.

Recent output has been erratic I will agree, but not all bad. 3121 was a very good record.

This latest one I really, really like though. Some of the tracks on there sit comfortably alongside his best work. 'Beginning Endlessly' and 'Sticky Like Glue' are amazing. 'Everybody Loves Me' might be the best track I've heard from anyone in a long time, and the track at the end with no name would be the standout track on anyone else's lp.

He's still a genius, you know.
