valentine's day
what's everyone got planned? loads of excitement, i'm sure. i'm making my roommate and myself steaks and we'll have wine. her girlfriend lives in another state than us, so i try to keep her from feeling too sad about it. : )

Well I was thinking of having a lie-in, maybe watching a couple of films perhaps even a bit of Modern Warfare followed by a nice meal then to end the night a nice tickle over James Coils' photo of himself wearing a face mask.
Perfect!

lol @ turntablist. that IS perfect.
@pipez that doesn't make you a dinosaur. i have to say i completely agree. no sense in wasting all that money for something that doesn't really matter. i'm a firm believer in something silly (for example, i really wanted this!) http://www.loveislame.com/products/4 or a home made gift. of course, i also think the only valentine gifts girls should ever bother with for their significant others are best described as visual stimuli.

Well I got the best valentines present ever. Boxset of Sopranos, can't wait to get stuck into it.

We didn't do anything special for VD... just got a cream for it. I'M JOKING!! Sorry.
Seriously though, we're saving our pennies for our 10 year anniversary (10 years married on April 1st, 17 years together April 2nd) to go away with a bunch of friends, so we just got eachother a card.
By the way, Tim? I hope 'tickle' isn't a metaphor for something a bit more disturbing?

Haha oh yes in that instance it was, referring back to a facebook image of a very disturbing picture of James, I wrote something like "I will never be able to erase that from my memory" he replies "You should save it for your special time" I don't want to find the exact words as it means looking again.

You know I was kidding, right? Just wondered where it came from. How many years have Pipez & I both been posting on here? I never knew his birth certificate didn't say Pipehitterz.
I shoulda guessed it was facebook; the scourge of modern society.
